No — all users can try the system for free for 2 weeks.
What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?
Your account stays active, and you will be prompted to add credit card details based on the number of users you've activated. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
Do we have to sign a 1-year contract to use Genchi?
No — all customers are billed on a month-by-month basis.
What happens if my team grows past 10 people?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the Standard tier — billed at less than $1 per user per month. Your account stays active throughout.
Is the number of users tiered?
Yes, we bill in 25-user increments. You can activate as many or as few users within your tier as you need.
How is a user defined?
A user is defined as an account in Genchi that you have activated and is visible in your user management screen.
