What do I get in Professional that I don't get in Standard?
Cross-team portfolio analytics, anonymized participation reporting so you can see response rates without identifying individuals, data export and API access, an audit log, and priority support. Nothing that affects the confidence vote itself is gated: every plan gets unlimited initiatives, full history and the same cadence options.
What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?
Your account stays active. Teams of up to 10 stay free. Larger teams will be prompted to add credit card details, based on the number of users you've activated. You can downgrade or cancel at any time. No credit card is needed to start the trial.
Do we have to sign a 1-year contract to use Genchi?
No — all customers are billed on a month-by-month basis.
What happens if my team grows past 10 people?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the Standard tier — billed at $2.50 per user per month. Your account stays active throughout.
Is the number of users tiered?
Yes — we bill in 10-user blocks: $25.00 per block on Standard, or $35.00 per block on Professional. You can activate as many or as few users within your block as you need.
How is a user defined?
A user is defined as an account in Genchi that you have activated and is visible in your user management screen.
