It starts with a 1-click confidence vote.

Every data point in Genchi begins here: a response to a prompt in Slack, email, or the app.

A single question. Each confidence vote answers one question on a 1–5 scale: "How confident are you the team will achieve their goal by the deadline?" Think of it as a continuous "fist of five."
Anonymous vote, attributed comments. No name is attached to the vote. Comments and blockers are optional, and attributed, so someone can follow up.
Cadence you choose. Set the rhythm per project: daily, weekly, or whatever fits.
